Christmas Survey

1. Egg Nog or Hot Chocolate? Definitely Hot Chocolate. Whipped egg drink freaks me out!

2. Does Santa wrap presents or just sit them under the tree? Definitely wrapped.

3. Colored light on house/tree or white? I like all white....

4. Do you hang mistletoe? YES!

5. When do you put your decorations up? The day after Thanksgiving. This year our stuff is in boxes and I don't know where they are, thought!

6. What is your favorite holiday dish (excluding dessert)? Definitely sweet potato casserole! I could live on a deserted island with a pan of that stuff and be as happy as could be.

7. Favorite holiday memory as a child? Opening our Christmas Eve gift from my parents. It took me until I was in high school to realize it was always pajamas.

8. When and how did you learn the truth about Santa? I'm not sure really. I don't remember the incident so it must not have traumatized me too much.

9. Do you open a gift on Christmas Eve? We used to open just one but now we open all the gifts on Christmas Eve and then get up and celebrate Christmas day with a big breakfast (our favorite meal!)

10. How do you decorate your Christmas tree? Depends on my mood

11. Snow. Love it or dread it? Love it! But only for a few days. It makes me laugh that my dogs try to eat it!

12. Can you ice skate? Barely. I need a helmet.

13. Do you remember your favorite gift? No...guess not.

14. What is the most important thing about the holidays for you? Family.

16. What is your favorite holiday tradition? I've only been married for 3 Christmas' now so I need to start some. Got any ideas?

18. Which do you prefer giving or receiving? Definitely giving. I get really awkward and can't fake it if I don't like something. So I'm not a big receiver. It scares me.

19. What is your favorite Christmas song? Winter Wonderland

20. Candy Canes. Yum or Yuck? Yuck. Not a fan of peppermint

21. What do you want for Christmas? to go to Dallas to see my family! I miss them!

22. Do you attend an annual Christmas party? No, we haven't lived anywhere long enough to have friends to do that with! That's changing hopefully!

23. Do you dress up for Christmas Eve or wear PJ's? Are you kidding? Pajamas all the way!

24. Do you own a Santa hat? Ummm, I do, but it's for our dogs. Ha! They hate it!

25. Who do you normally spend Christmas with? We swap each year...my family one Christmas, my husband's the next.
